The Triangle & Central North Carolina
Good listings here go under contract in days. Agile Realty is built for that speed — same-day showings, offers drafted the hour you decide, and a broker who actually picks up. Quick on the trigger, careful on the contract.
What we do
A first home in Cary, ten acres outside Angier, or a retail suite in Clayton. Different asset classes, same discipline: get the details right, and keep you informed enough to make your own decision.
Search strategy, showings, offer positioning, and negotiation — through inspection, appraisal, and closing. We tell you when a house is wrong for you.
Pricing grounded in real comparable sales, preparation advice that earns its cost back, professional marketing, and negotiation that protects your net.
Builder contracts read differently than resale. We review the terms, track incentives, and represent you at the design center and the walkthrough.
Rental and new-construction analysis for investors: cash flow, rent ratios, carrying costs, and whether a deal actually works before you write the offer.
Acreage, lots, and assemblage across the growth corridors. Zoning, utilities, soil and septic suitability, road frontage, and what a parcel can actually support.
Retail, office, and small-business space — purchase or lease. Site selection, comparable rents, and lease terms read closely before you sign.
Why Agile
Our broker
At most firms, the Broker-in-Charge is a name on a license who reviews paperwork after the fact. Here, she is the person sitting across from you at the table.
Chinkal Patel founded Agile Realty and holds both required leadership roles at the firm — Qualifying Broker and Broker-in-Charge — under the North Carolina Real Estate Commission. She built the firm around a deliberately manageable client load, so every file gets actual attention rather than a queue position.
Her practice spans residential resale and new construction, land, and commercial property. That range matters in this market: the same client who buys a first home in Morrisville often comes back years later about an investment duplex, a few acres near Angier, or retail space for a growing business. She handles all of it in-house.
She works across Wake, Johnston, Harnett, Lee, and Chatham counties, with particular depth in the growth corridors where inventory and value are shifting fastest.
Where we work
Much of the value in this market right now sits outside the obvious ZIP codes. We work the growth corridors as closely as the established ones.
Do not see your town? We cover most of central North Carolina — ask and we will tell you honestly whether we are the right fit for that market.
Get in touch
Buying, selling, or just weighing whether the timing makes sense — a short conversation costs you nothing and usually clarifies a lot.
